Tomasa G. Rivera

Tomasa G. Rivera 72 passed away surrounded by her family on November 14, 2025. She was born in Cuidad Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas Mexico on January 11, 1953 to Francisco Garcia & Trinidad Salas.

Tomasa was of the Catholic faith. Tomasa was not only a pillar of support for her family but also had a passion for life that radiated through everything she did. She loved her creativity blossomed in her home, where she found joy in decorating and creating a warm and welcoming space for her loved ones. Throughout her life she was blessed with the unwavering support of her husband Tomas V. Rivera who shared in the deep love and bond of their family. Her memory will always resonate within the hearts of those who knew her, including her extended family and friends.

Left to cherish her memories are her children: Griselda Rodriguez, Tomas Rivera, Jr. , and Gabriel Rivera. Her grandchildren: Marcus X. Rodriguez, Aileen Rodriguez, Marleen Rodriguez, Gabriele Rivera, and Gabriel Rivera, Jr.

Visitation will be held at Los Fresnos Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 18th from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm.

Tomasa G. Rivera, de 72 años, falleció rodeada de su familia el 14 de noviembre de 2025. Nació en Cuidad Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, México, el 11 de enero de 1953, hija de Francisco García y Trinidad Salas.

Tomasa profesaba la fe católica. No solo fue un pilar de apoyo para su familia, sino que también tenía una pasión por la vida que se reflejaba en todo lo que hacía. Su creatividad florecía en su hogar, donde encontraba alegría en decorar y crear un ambiente cálido y acogedor para sus seres queridos.

A lo largo de su vida, fue bendecida con el apoyo inquebrantable de su esposo, Tomás V. Rivera, con quien compartió un profundo amor y un fuerte lazo familiar. Su memoria permanecerá para siempre en los corazones de quienes la conocieron, incluyendo a su familia extendida y amigos.

Le sobreviven para atesorar su memoria sus hijos: Griselda Rodriguez, Tomás Rivera, Jr. y Gabriel Rivera; y sus nietos: Marcus X. Rodríguez, Aileen Rodríguez, Marleen Rodríguez, Gabriele Rivera y Gabriel Rivera, Jr.

La velación se llevará a cabo en Los Fresnos Funeral Home el martes 18 de noviembre, de 1:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., con el Santo Rosario a las 6:00 p.m.
