Beatriz Landin

Beatriz Landin, age 69, of Los Fresnos, Texas passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025, in Brownsville, Texas. She was born on August 18, 1956, to Santana Landin and Manuela Martinez Landin.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Santana and Manuela Landin; siblings, Juanita Landin, Alfonso Landin, Jose Landin, and Paula Landin Trevino; and her nephew, Jose Landin Jr.

Beatriz is survived by her nephews and nieces, Juan (Marci’a) Arredondo, Esmeralda (Johnny) Derrett, Victoria (Willie) Wagoner, Ruben (Sydney) Landin, Marisol Landin, Angelica Black, Maria Isabel Landin, Alycia Landin, Carolina (Joshua) Lewis, Isaac Landin, Gracie (Trevor) Hinkle, Jesus (Daniela) Trevino, and Bertha (Erick) Perales; sister-in-law, Juanita Landin; along with numerous great-nephews and great-nieces.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a prayer of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Services will conclude Wednesday evening until the inurnment on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Los Fresnos Funeral Home located at 1005 S. Arroyo Blvd., Los Fresnos, Texas.
